Schedule - Thur-Fri-Sat

• 9:30 am - 10:45 am - Rehearse

• 10:45 am -11:00 am - Break

• 11:00 am - 12:30 pm - Rehearse

• 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch

• 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Rehearse

• 3:30 pm - 3:45 pm - Break

• 3:45 pm - 5:00 pm - Rehearse

Schedule - Sunday:

• 10:00 am - 11:45 am - Rehearse

• 11:45 am - noon - Break

• Noon - 1:00 pm - Rehearse

• 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (or 2:30 pm, if you want to help set up chairs) - Lunch

• 2:30 pm - Optional set-up (if you want to help)

• 3:00 pm - In your chairs, tuned up and ready to go!

• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - rehearsal

• 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Break. Eat a banana; get some water; use the bathroom. Relax!!

• 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Concert

• 6:00 ish - Group dinner
